The 37^th International Exhibition for Shoes and Leather Products – Obuv. Mir Kozhi’2012. Autumn – was successfully held at Expocentre Fairgrounds between 16 and 19 of October, 2012. The event organizers – Expocentre ZAO and BolognaFiere (Italy) – ensured a high professional level of the exhibition awarded with logos of approval by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), and the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF).

The show was supported by the National Association of Italian Shoes Manufacturers (ANCI) and the Ministry of Economic Development of Italy.

The specialists were shown new collections of fashionable footwear and leather goods for the spring-summer season 2013 both in high and middle price ranges.

318 companies from Brazil, France, Greece, Italy, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Turkey and USA demonstrated their products on the area of ​​7300 net sq m.

Among the participants were world-famous brands. The widest exposition was traditionally presented by Italian manufacturers.

The exhibition included a specialized salon of handbags, leather goods and accessories.

The 4^th Business Forum for footwear industry professionals was the business part of the show’s program.

A Counseling Center for customs clearance, a Business Contacts Exchange as well as a Personal Contact Exchange (a labor exchange) were at everyone’s disposal, too.

Obuv. Mir Kozhi is a professional event meant particularly for specialists. In the autumn of this year the exhibition was visited by 5 714 people, 83% of whom were industry professionals. The total number of visits equaled 9 200.
